It's the aim of this paper too.Firstly the hardware configuration of remote automatic weighing system based on GPRS is presented in this paper. Explain the realization of each functional module with principle figure. Analyse the advantage and disadvantage of link mode between terminal and monitoring center and choose the ADSL+SMS mode. Expound the design of hardware and software and presente the software flow or program. Introduce the configuration of remote client and the anti-interference measure.In this paper, dynamic error of the system is analysed and the neural network compensation of the above errors is designed. Particularly introduce and analyse the model. Then study the practice steps and trainning measure. Present the simulation based on MATLAB platform. Simulation shows the feasibility of FLANN model and the effect of dynamic compensation. Then based on the simulation, study the influence of dynamic compensation leaded by training ratio and times.The experimental results prove that FLANN compensation of dynamic weighing is effectual. This model can not only improve the weighing speed, but also improve the accuracy of the system. |
