| The comfortableness of passengers is affected seriously when the air pressure changes outside the vehicle enters into the carriage. The domestic and foreign researchers consider that the question is caused by the air tightness of the vehicle. In the high speed train carriage have been made, which had caused the cost of vehicles production to rise remarkably. However, the problem of the air tightness had not been alleviated effectively. Furthermore, the change of air pressure inside the vehicle has larger relations with the vehicle rigidity, if only in pursuit of the air tightness of the vehicle while ignores the influence of the vehicle rigidity, the anticipated effect will not be achieved. The influence factors and their correlation of the pressure change inside the vehicle will be studied in order to satisfy the amenity of the passengers.Designed an experiment device for simulating alternate air pressure and some vehicle models with different air tightness and rigidity; by the method of model experiment and the numerical simulation calculation, obtains the conclusions as follow: (1) The quantitative relationship among air tightness,the rate of pressure change and the amplitude of pressure change when the outside pressure changes; (2) The quantitative relationship among the rigidity of sidewall,the rate of pressure change and the amplitude of pressure change when the outside pressure changes; (3) The quantitative relationship between the rigidity of sidewall,air tightness,the rate of pressure change and the amplitude of pressure change when the outside pressure changes. By real train testing, the suggest value of passenger amenity rule that put forward by our country in 2006 is proved to be appropriate.These conclusions will provide the scientific basis for the vehicle testing standard conformed to our national condition of the speed-up train, high speed train and the maglev. |
