With the development of national economy, the construction of the high-speed railway of passenger line is accelerating. Compared with ordinary railways, bridges take large proportion of the total length of the high-speed railway of passenger line, and require a greater stiffness. Therefore, pre-stressed concrete structures are mostly adopted in superstructures of bridges, and box girders are largely applied. Taking the design standard into accounts, the entire-hole simply-supported two-lane box girders including the length of 32m and 24m are widely applied. Thus, the subjects of the optimal selection and implementation of construction programs and construction technologies are significant both in theory and practice.This paper takes the Wulihe Bridge in Wenfu railway passenger lane for example, and conducts in three phases. Firstly, after a systematic study on the construction program of the pre-stressed box girders both at home and abroad, this paper evaluates systematically three construction methods: pre-stressed box girder method, support construction method and movable scaffolding method, which combined with the construction characteristics of the entire-hole simply-supported two-lane box girders in high-speed railway, during the early works. Secondly, establish an evaluation index system for box girders construction program on passenger lane, and utilize the method of Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) to do the optimal selection of the construction programs, so as to avoid the subjectivity of the traditional qualitative analysis by experts. At last, during the implementation phase, based on optimization results, expatiate on the key technology and the construction process of the practice of movable scaffolding method in simply-supported box girder on passenger lane, estimate and analyses the practical effect of movable scaffolding method.Through using the method of AHP in the application of program selection during pre-construction and actualizing the movable scaffolding method, explore the ideas of program selection during the pre-construction of the by utilizing scientific decision. Summarize and consummate the construction skills and key technology of the movable scaffolding method in the construction of the passenger lane railway which uses the large-tonnage entire-hole two-lane box girders. Accumulate valuable experience for the construction of the bridges with the same types. Achieve some benefits by attempting to do the flexible combination of technology and management.
