| The movable scaffolding system (MSS) is also called the Bridge Building Machine. It is aconstruction machine of its own with the template, and it can be on-site pouring concretebeams when supported by the pile or pier caps. The MSS is in the form of a variety and itsstructure is very complicated, especially with the span and width of construction increased.The design and control of its structure strength, stiffness and stability are more complex. Theaffected factors of cast concrete box girder linear are multiple, and the most significant factoris the deflection of the MSS’s girder. Therefore, the finite element simulation of the MSS hasa very good value for ensuring the construction safety and cast concrete box girder linear.In this paper, a company’s MSS50type movable scaffolding system was used as anobject of study. Combined with the large-scale finite element analysis software ANSYS andbased on the actual construction, its finite element model was established. This model wasused to study the MSS when it was in the construction of pouring concrete and passing thespan. The strength, rigidity and stability of the box girder and corbels were calculated andanalyzed by the ANSYS software under the construction of pouring concrete and passing thespan. The deflection of the MSS’s box girder was calculated and the calculated values wereplotted Curves. Overturning stability of the MSS was also calculated when it was in theconstruction of passing the span. By the finite element analysis and calculation, the securityof the MSS was examined, as well as it provided the values to control the cast concrete boxgirder linear. |
