| High speed photography camera(HSPC) is one of the important components in optical measurement system, which can record the high speed flying position and space parameter of object. The reliability and stability of system depends on the performance of high speed photography.The basic theory of HSPC is first introduced in this paper. Some key technologies including shooting frequency, stability of figure, dynamic balance, wearable ability, optic characteristic, structure capability are analyzed. The main framework and the principle of intermittent film translation mechanism are discussed. We analysis in detail the pull down film mechanism , the operating principle ,structural feature and stressing deformation of film claw, motion characteristic and parameters on film pulling down of double crank rocker mechanism.A compact HSPC has been developed, which can record the flying position of object. The position of object can be estimated by post processing. This system has been successfully applied in the flying test, achieves satisfying effect. |
