Currently, engine development level in China is still lower. It is necessary to improve our engine development and management level rapidly, researching aero-engine collaborative design technology between different areas, adopting advanced managerial pattern, establishing advanced design information integration platform and support environment, realizing prototype research information and process integration and creating digitized aero-engine innovation ability to promote leaping development of Chinese aero-dynamics industry. Major of this thesis is to achieve the management for multi-factory collaborative design in different areas. To carry on concurrent engineering in the developing process, an advanced and WEB-based collaborative design working platform between different areas is required on basis of WAN (including Golden net and project engineering hypothesized special network). On the collaborative working platform, the ability for highly effective information sharing, flow supervising and cooperative working among several units will connect headquarters of AVIC I, designing organizations and manufacturing units with each other closely. Based on collaborative working platform, full lifecycle management for aero-engine developing projects can be provided.What this thesis studies are how to break through key technologies such as product data interchange and management, work flow management and control between different areas for 606 and 624 with existing digitalized design; how to establish a collaborative design working platform based on PDM system Teamcenter Engineering (hereafter referred as TCEng)of UGS Corporation; and how to establish a perfect digitized engineering system and lay a foundation for collaborative design management integrative system in eleventh five-year plan.Major contents of this thesis as follows:(1) Study the necessity for aero-engine collaborative design between different areas and work modules and features of collaborative design. Further analyze the technical difficulties of collaborative design.(2) Based on product data management system TCEng supply of UGS Corporation, chiefly research the design and implementation of collaborative design system under PDM (Product Data Management) integrated environment. Bring forward framework and structure model of cooperative design system on basis of product data management and analyze functional requirements and implementing approaches of the system in details.
