Aircraft safety is the primary theme of the civil aviation operations. It brings new problems for the aircraft fault diagnosis and increases the cost of the company that complexity of the aircraft, poor working environment, diverse security threats and the cause of the fault will happen.The visualization collaborative diagnosis technology is introduced combined with computer technology through analyzing the characteristics of fault diagnosis in order to solve that problem. And on this basis, a collaborative visualization environment is defined and the frame of collaborative visualization diagnosis platform is built. It can diagnosis fault directly and rapidly.First of all, this paper introduces the visualization technology and method, and studies the elements that the collaborative environment is constituted of. Secondly. Analyzing the role based collaborative model and the Multi-Agent based collaborative model, collaborative unit and group is defined. So the collaborative diagnosis visualization model based on the hybrid of collaboration unit and group is constructed and it in-depth studies and expounds the diagnosis visualization, collaborative strategy generating visualization and collaborative diagnosis process visualization etc. issues. In the visualization model of hybrid collaborative diagnosis, the research on the transformation of the collaboration diagram, the sequence diagram and the activity diagram to the Petri net is explored. Then, based on the fault tree,Fault decomposition and task decomposition is researched. Furthermore, this paper applies the firefly algorithm to analysis the task allocation and task scheduling, which can improve the efficiency. Finally, according to the theories and methods mentioned above, the frame of visualization collaborative diagnosis platform based on the C/S and B/S architecture is constructed.it indicates that the fault diagnosis problem can be solved more efficiently and improve the rate of the use of aircraft. At the same time, the aircraft safety can be improved partly and the operation cost of the civil aviation will be reduced.
