With the human-gun interaction system of shoulder firing in standing posture without support as the studying object, according to the human body structure and with the reference to the human dimension of Chinese adults and Mass center of the adult human body, the simulation human-gun frame model was established. The movement characteristics of the human-gun system were systematically analyzed and the dynamics characteristics were simulated.According to the division method of human body structure in human anatomy, the basic parameters, such as dimension, mass and moment of inertia of each segment were obtained by calculation. The solid modeling of the overall structure of the simulative human-gun frame was completed based on Pro/E; With the specific interface module Mechanism/Pro, the 3D entities were input to ADAMS. With ADAMS as the simulation platform, the virtual prototype of the simulative human-gun frame was dynamically simulated and the movement characteristics of the shoulder-firing human-gun system in standing posture without support and the influence regulation of the related human body parameters upon the movement characteristics of human-gun system during firing process were obtained. By comparing the simulating results to the experimental results, the ranges of the spring stiffness and the damping coefficients of each joint of simulative human-gun frame were determined, which lays firm foundation for the further researches on simulative human-gun frame.
