The static copper cylinder pressure measuring system has the problem of many varieties and specifications,and the pressure coverage is narrow.In order to change the condition,our country developed the 03.5×8.75mm copper pillar which is based on the quasi dynamic calibration and 14.5cm3 crusher gauge as the new copper cylinder pressure measuring system.During weapon pressure testing,high temperature,high pressure and transient pressure signals from gunpowder combustion affect the dynamic performance of the crusher gauge.In order to ensure the performance and precision of working crusher gauge,form the quantity transfer system of 14.5cm3 copper crusher,the selection method and the evaluation method of the uncertainty of the 14.5cm3 standard copper crusher gauge are researched in this paper.The standard copper pillar is the premise of standard crusher gauge's election,only to ensure measuring performance of the standard copper pillar and then can ensure the reliability of the standard crusher gauge's election result.This paper introduced the identification method and criterion of ?3.5×8.75mm copper pillar in detail,carried out a test for the cone-shape and cylindrical copper pillars to select the standard copper pillar batches,and the corresponding pressure control formula is fitted through the data.In order to test the dynamic pressure measurement of pressure values,including the sealing,anti-ablation and consistency of the value,researched the selection method for the 14.5cm3 standard crusher gauge in three parts as static performance and dynamic performance evaluation and validation in high and low temperature,and also draft the criteria for the pre selection,the final selection and the high and low temperature test in theory.Analyzed and selected the suitable gunpowder gas pressure simulation source,and then established the selection test system for the 14.5cm3 standard crusher gauge,and carried out the selection test.Based on the LabVIEW platform,the election software of 14.5cm3 standard crusher gauge is developed,which realized the automatic selection of the standard crusher gauge.Research for the 14.5cm3 standard crusher gauge's selection method in this paper has a certain reference value for the form of China's 14.5cm3 crusher gauge's transmission system.
