Equipment Of Hydropower Projects The Whole Process Of Quality Management Research

With the development of economic, the competition of the global engineering construction market is getting aboil increasingly, the commercial conditions is continuously changing, the demands of the Project Owner are developing with multiple and complication, the uncertainty of project during construction is also increasing. With this kind of background, the traditional hydropower engineering equipment management mode is difficult to accord with the new epoch. The continuously development of project management practice and the increasingly modernization and information of project management measure provide a good condition for the development of equipment management of engineering project. This Thesis exerted the theory of the overall process quality control to the equipment management of hydropower engineering project, and discoursed the overall process equipment management of hydropower engineering project from 5 aspects of Decision, Design, Manufacture, Installation, Operation and Maintenance. The main contents are as follows:At the aspect of theory study, this thesis analyzed the hydropower equipment management concerned theory project management, the overall quality control and the theory of equipment management. On the basis of the theory of the 3 aspects, this thesis further discussed the present situation of national hydropower engineering mechanical & electrical equipment management, the problems existed and the reason caused, thus brought forward the necessity of all-life-time process management should be implemented during the hydropower engineering mechanical & electrical equipment management. On the basis of economical analysis and management process analysis to the quality control of the hydropower equipment, the model of overall process quality control was constructed. With the problems during the process of management, the key of effectively undertake the overall process management was raised; the advanced target of equipment management was setup; the conception of equipment all-life-time management was setup; the operators was involved at the preparation of project management in order to strengthen the responsibility of the management staff; the systematic management was realized; an effective equipment quality assessment and testing system was setup, the advance, the safety and the maintenance of equipment was looked as the standard of assessment to the equipment quality control. The effective system and method of assessment was setup, and the detailed implementation management regulations and stipulations was also raised out.At the aspect of demonstration study, this thesis analyzed the necessity of overall process management implemented during hydropower engineering, then analyzed the successful experience of overall process management to the equipment management of Dayuandu Hydropower Station during the project construction period and operation period from the position of the final user of the project, and further analyzed the reason and meaning of Dayuandu Hydropower Station which is able to implement the overall process management. The case of Dayuandu Hydropower Station provides a demonstration guidance for the reforming and development of the national hydropower engineering project management.
