| As China's social and economic development, the construction projects across rivers, flood detention basins and estuaries, such as roads, railways and pipelines, increase rapidly. So the river management of the construction project becomes more important. According to the basic condition, the task of the river's flood prevention and flood control requirements, flood protection projects and the layouts of the river improvement projects, along with the distribution and evolution of rivers , assessment calculation of flood control or test results, this paper evaluated the impact of flood control projects comprehensively. The conclusion is helpful in mitigating and lowering adverse effects, and safeguarding the legitimate right and interest of the management when new projects are established. This paper evaluated Dehuixin Bridge's (reconstructed project) impact on Dehuixin River's flood control. The main contents are as follows: According to the condition of the construction project, the possible impact, the hydrology and sediment characteristics of the river, and the main tasks of flood control evaluation, selecting representative hydrological series and carrying out silt and washed calculation after projects are executed. According to the basic condition, the task of the river's flood prevention and flood control requirements, flood protection projects and the layouts of the river improvement projects, along with the distribution and evolution of rivers , assessment calculation of flood control or test results, evaluating the impact of flood control projects comprehensively. Evaluating whether the project will affect the river's stability, on the basis of the calculation of river erosion and deposition or test results; analyzing the construction period impact on river's stability. According to the survey and information relevant department provided, analyzing that project construction impact on the third legitimate rights and interests. The main achievement of this paper is: The design flow and water lever under different standards of design flood; river evolution analysis; comprehensive evaluation that the bridge impact on flood control of dike; adaptability analysis ofthe existing flood prevention standards. |
