The construction industry plays a very important role in the development of our national economy,but in the process of construction,it needs to consume a lot of resources,and has a significant impact on the surrounding environment.With the aggravation of global resource shortage and the increasing awareness of ecological protection in China,the development of green building is the general trend,which is also the only way for the transformation and upgrading of the construction industry,so the research on green building is of great significance.Starting from the green degree of green building,based on the theory of the whole life cycle of building,this paper studies and analyzes the whole process factors that affect the green degree of building,aiming to establish a set of scientific and reasonable green degree evaluation index system of green building,so as to play a good guiding role in building before,during and after the event.First of all,based on the reference of the green building evaluation system at home and abroad,combined with the definition of green building and the related research of domestic and foreign experts and scholars on green building evaluation,this paper determines the criterion layer factors of green building as resource conservation,environmental protection,social demand and green management.Through literature research and induction,the evaluation index system of green building greenness was preliminarily determined.Then the Delphi method was used to screen and optimize the index system.Through the reliability and validity test of the index system,it was proved that the system has higher credibility,and thus the green building greenness evaluation index system was established.Secondly,on the basis of the constructed green building evaluation index system,the determination of subjective and objective weights is analyzed and discussed,and the comprehensive weighting method of subjective and objective weight evaluation is determined.Considering the subjectiveness of subjective weight is too large,the introduction of the extension level theory can qualitatively and quantitatively analyze the index weights,which greatly reduces the influence of subjective factors.According to the construction principle of this index system,the quantitative indicators are added.The proportion is introduced,so the entropy method is introduced to make a more scientific evaluation of the indicator system on the basis of objective data.Then,based on the calculation of subjective and objective weights,the indicators are comprehensively weighted,and the comprehensive weight of the indicators is determined.A fuzzy evaluation method was introduced to establish an indicator evaluation model for the greenness of green buildings.Finally,a residential project in Qingdao is selected as a specific case,and the green degree evaluation model of green building is used to make an empirical analysis of the project.The overall and partial analysis of the project is made based on the evaluation results,and the countermeasures and suggestions are put forward according to the analysis results.At the same time,the evaluation results from the evaluation model are consistent with the actual results,which proves the validity and rationality of the method.
