As normal energy sources like petroleum,coal,natural gas dries up, each country in the world develops green,reproductive energy sources, and the solar photovoltaic system develops rapidly. As the typical application of solar photovoltaic system, the solar illumination system is taken serious for its characteristics that it doesn't need specially managing and controlling, there is no need to settle electricity-transmitting circuit or cable and once installed there is no need to pay for electricity fare in future.This paper introduces the composing and working principle of ordinary solar illumination system, and takes emphasis on working principle and characteristics of solar battery and storage battery. Aiming at the problems in tradiational battery group charging management system, this paper brings forward a new method for charging management—battery storage's uniform charging management and designs solar LED illumination system based on battery storage's uniform charging mode. The system can assure that every battery in the group can be charged fully and every battery will not be over-charged and over-discharged. The system perfects the capacity utilization of battery group and pulls off the life of battery.In the system, clean and green solar energy is the energy source. The system's load is power LED, it has the characteristic of high lighting efficiency and low power need. The system can make rational configuration according to the user's power need, the system works reliably and stably, the manipulative function is easy to actualize, the cost of the system is low. The system has practical worth.This paper finishes the configuration,hardware circuit design,software design of the system, it settles foundation for research in next step.
