As a common disease,the characters of cardiopathy are high morbidity and high mortality. Some acute symptoms may cause death in 1 hour.Malignant ventricular fibrillation may induce sudden death in 12 minutes.But in a normal electrocardiograph examination, risk information is hard to be detected in a short-time(a few minutes) electrocardiogram. Therefore,for early detection and diagnosis of heart diseases,it will be helpful to provide long-time,continuous and real-time ECG monitoring.Meanwhile, how to give first aid to out-of-hospital heart disease patients will be the key to reduce mortality of the patients who cannot be rescued in time.Aiming at the deficiency that existing telemonitoring systems have poor mobility,bad real-time capability and no global positioning service,a kind of real-time telemonitoring system base on GPRS mobile communication technology and global positioning system(GPS) has been developed.The system proposed in the thesis,realizes real-time telemonitoring,analysis of the ECG signals,early diagnosis and geographical positioning.It can prevent sudden death in maximum,and enhance the sense of security and comfort for out-of-hospital patients.In addition,in order to solve the difficulty to design network cabling in the hospital and to realize good robustness,a wireless ECG monitoring system based on ZigBee is also been proposed in the thesis.Combined with the out-of-hospital monitoring system, it can provide an omnibearing and all-day monitoring for the patients.
