Entered into the 21st century, the network education has already sunk up into the hearts of the people, obtaining more and more educated people's approvals. Under this consequence, the network curriculum construction is the foundation of teaching and learning of the network atmosphere. It is a hot problem in the educated area: how to choose or design a platform to enable the network curriculum to develop its advantage.Moodle is one curriculum management system that is a kind of source-opening curriculum management system and it is based on the construction principle study theory management system for its objective point focusing on easy-learning operating interface and the open network environment, providing a platform for the teacher to do the curriculum management and teaching activity, establishing a learning environment that is advantageous for the teachers and students cooperating and exchanging. By using Moodle, it can be realized that curriculum resources are highly shared, the synchronous teaching, asynchronous teaching and the group cooperation study are implemented online and the study process is also minitored. Through the Moodle application the student in the study process achieved the goal of resources sharing, constructing the information platform of trusting each other, completing the study task together, raising the consciousness of exchange cooperating, establishing the harmonious relationship between people. At present Moodle obtained the widespread application all over the world, and in abroad it also applicated by more and more areas and schools.In view of the processing of the network curriculum developping, there are a lot of problems that are resources deficient, time insufficiency, evaluation system imperfect, the rate of the students participating insufficient, the continuous development deficient and so on, the author explores and takes advantage of the Moodle network curriculum platform to solves these questions, carrying on the teaching application based on the Moodle platform construction network curriculum in order to make the superiority network teaching realized.According to the principles of the general rule of teaching design and the network curriculum design, combining the system construction and the main function of the Moodle platform, the author proposes the general model of the Moodle network curriculum design, dividing the process of the curriculum design into six links, analyzing teaching condition, formulating teaching goal, choosing teaching strategy, constructing the Moodle curriculum, teaching evaluating, reconsidering and adjusting. Although it looks like a kind of linear design pattern, the designer made reconsidering and the adjusting after the end of each design link, evaluating the entire curriculum after finishing design, and making the essential adjustment again according to each link of the evaluating result and reconsidering design. it is essential to continue this kind of evaluation and the adjustment either in the teaching process or after teaching, therefore the curriculum obtains constant improvement and perfection.Through analyzing and researching the "Highway engineering Experiment" Moodle network curriculum construction and the existing Moodle network curriculum, the author has designed the the general pattern of the Moodle network curriculum under the network environment during the teaching application, which including five links, confirming the identification of registers, the choosing the curriculums, carrying out learning course,evaluating the student studies and the teacher monitoring and guiding. According to the teaching practice, the author thought that the function of teacher's monitoring and guidaing is the key factor of whether or not achieving the teaching result. the teacher must help the student to enter the study condition very quickly through the context, instructing the student to clear off the context of this chapter's network study, reducing the unnessary cognitive lost and the cognition burden, guaranteeing the students to achieve the study goal in certain time.The author hopes to provide a low cost and high usability network-building curriculum program of the Campus Network platform, by which the vocational constitutions can select the economical way, establishing the network learning environment based on the platform network studies, assisting to redusing the insufficiency in the existing traditional curriculum. Through the examples of the network curriculum construction based on the Moodle platform "Highway engineering Experiment" and the teaching application, the auther expectes that it might provide the references for the teachers who are using the Moodle construction network curriculum and the teaching application, provide a model for the estabilishiment of the Moodle platform network curriculum and carrying on network-teaching based on this foundation.
