| BIM is developing more and more in various fields of engineering construction in China,including petroleum,chemical industry,construction,highway,railway,water transportation,environmental remediation,etc.which are applied in the design,construction and operation stages of highway engineering construction.In the process of subgrade construction of Highway Engineering in China,there are many problems,such as unclear objectives,slow construction progress,serious waste of personnel and assets,etc.This is mainly due to the defects of subgrade construction management mode,insufficient standardization and informa-tization,and information island,which makes some management objectives not well imple-mented.This paper is in-depth study of information classification and coding standards in other industries,This paper discusses,coordinates and revises the specific content repeatedly,establishes the classification and coding standard of subgrade construction information model of highway engineering,aiming to realize the corresponding relationship with engineering entity with BIM coding as the link,and at the same time,the coding system based on the decomposition of engineering entity structure can be associated with each part of the construction materials,and establishes the relevant database with this system as the unified information delivery In order to realize the interconnection between data and reduce the generation of information island,this paper makes an in-depth study on the standardization of highway subgrade construction BIM,and studies the standardization of engineering projects from the perspectives of quality and cost,and studies the division of highway subgrade construction sub items based on cost management,and on this basis,carries out process handover to meet the quality requirements The requirement of quantity management is to integrate the quality and cost in the construction process,build a BIM platform with this as the core,and complete the transmission of information and data in each stage of the construction process with the help of Internet technology;this paper carries out the research on BIM modeling and information integration,compares and analyzes different modeling software,and relies on Yunmao Expressway to build the BIM model in its main stage And BIM platform modules are shown.This paper takes BIM coding as the link,BIM standardization system as the core and BIM model as the carrier to build BIM platform to realize data interconnection,reduce the generation of information island,improve the quality of the project and reduce the cost of the project.The combination of theory and practice of research results is of great theoretical significance and practical value in promoting the application of BIM Technology in China. |
