The power consuming local system is developed on the basis of AMR which provides exact data for the whole system and brings new hopes for the modernization of power managements.Gradually emerging from a long-term inspection of the artificial backward,It realizes the real-time data acquisition,efficient,accurate and reliable,which develops the safety and economy of electricity management greatly.It creates a new road for the realization of the digitalization,informationalization and modernization of power management.The system's wide range of applications,promotion and operation makes a large step in power marketing management technology innovation road.Aiming at the problems of irrationality on communication mode,uncertainty on transport,high cost of communication,singleness of functions,delay of recording data,etc of the native power consuming local system,the study uses the communication mode of GPRS joint with Internet to realize low cost,high speed and reliable data transmission.Aiming at the problem of singleness of function,the study puts forward design of double CPU innovatively to realize the functions of U,I,P,Q measurement, real-time supervision on energy quality,load controlling,preventing power thieving,auto alarming, remote upgrade on-line etc.The main contents and conclusions as follows:(1) Selecting GPRS joint with Internet mode as power consuming local system communication mode through contrast,the study resolves the problems of meter-reading data losing,unreal-time,high communication cost,etc.(2) Developing design of double CPU,the study breaks through restrict of traditional AMR function frame,realizing measurement of U,I,P,Q etc.and load controlling, preventing power thieving,auto alarming,remote upgrade on-line.The program could be downloaded by GPRS channel easily,truly and reliably.(3) The unit realizes compatibility of 3-phase/3-wires and 3-phase/4-wires by hardware design.It realizes manifold energy meters compatibility by software design.So it could apply in many fields,break restrict of manifold meters and reduce the cost of electro-management.(4) Local examinations indicate that terminal unit realizes all new functions as well as remote automatic meter reading,such as,getting online prompt,recording data truly,running reliably,better real-time,finding abnormity on time and alarming rapidly,etc..This reduces management cost,increases economic benefits,improves management level and decreases the errors brought by manual work.
