Substation automaticswitchoverdevice belongs to two devices in a large power grid to derivative of high and low voltage electromagnetic loop after,to compensate for the power supply reliability solution after the ring down plays an important role.The conventional substation automaticswitchoverdevice,local information to generate the corresponding action strategy can only use,action logic fixed,only to adapt to the specific operating mode.With the development of automation technology,communication technology and network technology,SCADA/EMS power grid dispatching automation system is stable and reliable operation,complete basic data collection,to provide material and technical basis for the development and implementation of network autorestart control system.The purpose of this study is to expand the network based on EMS,the establishment of regional autorestart model in each substation telesignalling control center,and using the EMS collection,telemetry and other real-time information to judge the regional autorestart charging condition,discharge condition,blocking conditions,to meet the generation control instruction standby condition,by EMS remote operation way to disconnect the power supply and part load,input standby power,can make protected related sites throughout the region.The system in the information acquisition,control strategy and control measures for the implementation of the whole process,comprehensive utilization of the network information,realize autorestart coordination action with the security and stability of the device.EMS regional autorestart system using flexible based on the local power grid power grid and equipment according to the characteristics of flexible application,this thesis is to make regional autorestart the research and development of power grid operation mode in Zhaoqing area and to solve the region with 110 kV chain network connection substation autorestart application limitation of working power and standby power to achieve in the same substation intelligent standby power input,focusing on the logic of regional automatic switchover function,data source,action,auto switching scheme and various running modes,and how to control the operation of equipment in the closed-loop test in detail.
