Based On Human Factors Engineering Maintenance Of The Domestic Civil Aviation Security Management Applications

In the 21st century, the development of the civil aviation of our country is rapid, but it also brings a series of problem, like the serious lack of the pilot and the maintenance man. It is difficult to solve the issue in a short-term; the means of safety management is behindhand; the management way of empiricism or man-to-man's style are also exist; the insecure circumstances of human factor are occur frequently. These have brought the unprecedented safety pressure for the flights and the maintenance. Especially for the maintenance, because it is one of the complex systems engineering activities, the working load is heavy, the working conditions are bad, the personnel diathesis is irregular, so when facing the intense competition of civil air transportation industry as well as the aircraft maintenance industry, how to enhance the existing management and the technical level, use the advanced management idea and the way to effectively reduces the probability of the maintenance mistake occurs and enhance the level of the maintenance, is a realistic and urgent question that every airline company or maintenance enterprise has to face to.Basing on the theory of Ergonomics and the aviation maintenance related theoretical knowledge, this dissertation researches and forms a basic way how to enhance the level of safety management. The dissertation consists of five chapters: The first chapter mainly elaborates the background and the significance of this dissertation, then outlines the frames and the innovations of the dissertation. The second chapter first reviews the theory of Ergonomics and the aviation maintenance, and introduces the present situation with the research of the theory of Ergonomics in the aviation maintenance action. At last, brings forward the model of the influence factors in the aviation maintenance action safety as well as the model of control measure . The third chapter makes the research and the analysis in the unsubstantial tache of safety management in domestic aviation maintenance. The fourth chapter brings forward some countermeasure and the suggestion for enhancing the level of safety management of domestic civil aviation. Fifth chapter makes a summary of the whole dissertation, and points out a prospect of the research in future.
