Aviation engines continue to provide impetus to the safe flight of civil aircraft, as a complex mechanical power plant, scientific aviation engine maintenance plan can not only improve engine reliability, but also to protect the engine of the economy. Currently, the airline develop the main method of engine maintenance plan is the major engine manufacturer reference maintenance plan instructions, the competent judge engine maintenance manual and engine engineers. This method is likely to result in "less maintenance" or "over-maintenance".Firstly, wavelet transform of Daubechines 3 was used to denoise and smooth historical performance parameter of civil aviation engine. The performance deterioration model of civil aviation engine is established. This model was used to predict the engine's removal date combined with the residual life of the Life Limited Parts and the limit of AD/SB. Conclusion of the instance verify that this method is viable and can meet the maintenance of civil aviation engine.Secondly, the model of maintenance work scope based on Optimizing maintenance costs is established. This model allocates reasonably the maintenance target to each unit body, and set minimum maintenance level of each unit body to safeguard the reliability of the engine after repair. VB.NET is Used to solve the model to obtain the maintenance level of each unit body. The scope of maintenance is completed. Finally, use VB.NET development tools and SQL Server 2012 database to develop the maintenance plan design support system. The system can manage the information on the engine, predict the engine's removal date, decise the maintenance work scope, assess the cost of repairs. This system makes the civil aviation engine maintenance plan more scientific and intelligent.
