Research On Safety Climate Evaluation Of Civil Aviation Maintenance Units

Safety climate belongs to the shallow level of safety culture,describe the current state of safety culture,and is the employee's overall cognition of enterprise safety.Safety climate assessment not only collects staff's cognition and attitude towards the safety status of the enterprise,but also helps to reduce the management risk in production and operation,reflect the current safety status of enterprise and promote the safety culture construction of the enterprise.There are also many studies on the safety climate at home and abroad,but for the civil aviation industry,they still face the problems that lack of the safety climate investigation tools.Civil aviation maintenance industry is one of the basic components of civil aviation transportation industry,which is the fundamental guarantee for the survival and development of civil aviation transportation industry.With the continuous development of aviation technology,the systems of aircraft have also become more and more complex.Therefore,the technical and quality requirements for aircraft maintenance are even higher.The good safety climate of maintenance units has a very important and positive effect on employees.Therefore,this article aims to build a set of safety climate measurement indicator system to civil aviation maintenance units,which can scientifically and effectively enhance the safety climate of civil aviation maintenance enterprises and promote the safety culture continued good development.First of all,on the basis of studying the theoretical knowledge of domestic and international safety climate,combining with the characteristics of civil aviation maintenance units in our country,this paper determines the seven dimensions of safety climate,which are: leadership,safety education,workers' behavior,employee participation,safety regulations,risk control,staff-post match,and establish the safety climate measurement indicator system of civil aviation maintenance units.Secondly,based on the established indicator system,a questionnaire of safety climate was prepared and pre-tested for civil aviation maintenance staff.After that,using SPSS21.0 to carry out the test of validity and reliability of the questionnaire;finally,modified the questionnaire with the expert's suggestion.After the confirmation,the formal questionnaires were issued.After the collection,used SPSS21.0 software to test the reliability and validity of the reclaimed effective questionnaires.Finally,based on the structural equation model,a conceptual model of safety climate is established.Then identified,fitted,evaluated and corrected by Amos21.0.Finally,determing the model of safety atmosphere which can reach a good fitting degree,then,verified and explained the model.And make an overall analysis of the enterprise's safety status and put forward suggestions and measures for rectification of the existing problems.The construction of such assessment tools that are applicable to the safety climate of the civil aviation maintenance units in China will help us understand the current status of enterprise safety climate,and then provide new ideas for improving safety culture construction and risk management of enterprise.
