For this speed, Shenzhen maritime administration is facing higher requirements. How to adapt the conventional development of Shenzhen port improving Shenzhen maritime administration, not only have the great theoretical value, but also have far-reaching practical significance for the development of port.This paper aims at reviewing the history of development of Shenzhen port and analyzing the development trend, based on SWOT analysis method, this paper analyzes systematically the strengths, weaknesses, opportunity and threats of the status of Shenzhen maritime administration, and through carrying on comparative analysis to outstanding maritime administration of developed countries in the world, at last, providing the countermeasures improving Shenzhen maritime administration level.
