Because of being service life or requirement of urban development, many concrete buildings, constructions are demolished to produce lots of waste concrete. The aggregate within the waste concrete(mainly referring to coarse aggregate) being utilized, can not only reduce the depletion of resources because of exploiting, relieve the contradiction between supply and demand of aggregate, but also reduce the environmental pollution bring by the waste concrete, its economic, social and environmental benefits are remarkable. At present, domestic and foreign scholars concentrate on the studying of the basic performance of recycled aggregate and recycled aggregate concrete, and it is still relatively little to study economy.In this paper, based on the experimental study of recycled concrete, analysed the technicality of recycled concrete application. And based on life cycle assessment (LCA), the life cycle of C30 recycled concrete is appraised, which the replacement ratio is 0%, 30%, 50% and 100%, and the environmental assessment of recycled concrete is elicited. According to the the domestic and foreign research results of environment cost, combined the environment cost with traditional manufacturing cost, seted up the economic analysis model of recycled concrete using. Take Qingdao as an example, contrasted ordinary concrete and recycled concrete in raw materials cost, transportation cost and environment cost, and drew the total production cost difference between two kinds of concrete. According to the environmental assessment valuation of recycled concrete, analysed the economic benefits of C30 recycled concrete which the replacement ratio is 30% and 50%. Suggested the feasibility measures of using recycled concrete by the analysis results, for economizing resources, protecting the environment, lowing the cost and realizing the balance of enterprise's economic benefits and ecological benefits.Theoretical analysis and the results show that: use recycled aggregate concrete can improve environment load, and it is in line with the development trend of green concrete. With the increase of the replacement ratio of recycled aggregate, the consumption of the resource and energy is reduced gradually and the emission of contamination has reducted. Considering environment cost, producing the recycled concrete can economize a large amount of costs. The more replacement ratio of recycled aggregate, the smaller production costs. So enterprises can obtain greater economic benefits in a short period of time.
