To deal with trash is an important task in environment protection and reforestation, which is closely related with people's life.In this paper,the working device was studied in kinematic and dynamic ways,and virtual prototype was established to carry out the mechanical-hydraulic co-simulation.This thesis made an introduction of the working device structure and its working principle.Firstly,the mechanical and hydraulic model were set up to combine CAD modeling software and multi-dynamics software into the design of hooklift working device.Secondly,a co-simulation was done using the ADAMS/Hydraulics module to obtain the forces of different critical parts and joints with varied loads.Thirdly,the optimization was made,based on the ADAMS imbedded algorithm,with the cylinder force as the optimization objective,thus making the structure more reasonable.The results of this paper can be regarded as a reference in the research and development of hooklift so that it can speed up the product development and realize the customized production.It can also improve the product quality.Thus,it has important practical significance and tremendous economic benefits in raising the technical level of special vehicle enterprise,competition capability and the market share of domestic and international market.
