Wheel loader is a kind of construction machinery used extensively, its working equipment is multi-bar linkage with hydraulic cylinder, which can finish some operation,such as shoveling, lading, transportting, unloading and so on.Working device design standard will directly affect the performance of the loader and has further impacted on work efficiency of the whole machine.Analogism is used to design loader previously, which is cockamamie and has low design accuracy and long cycles,it is not easy to get design scheme,which has satisfactory performance index. Compared with traditional optimization,using virtual prototyping technology can solve technical problems quickly, efficiently and accurately. Therefore, it is more and more important to do kinematics analysis, statics analysis and model analysis on loader working device with modern design methods.Solidworks softwear is adopted to modeling loader's working device and other parts in this paper,which is to generat parametric parts and assemble them. Kinematics simulation is conducted on working device to get data about its working device 's motor function.Loader's working device is analyzed by finite element analysis software, several typical working conditions of the loader during the period of work are analysed respectively to obtain dangerous position of the whole device system and the danger point of dangerous parts can also be ascertained, it can provide scientific information for optimizing the size of the components,reducing the materials consumption and decreasing the cost of production. Model analysis is carried on to the whole work device, natural mode of vibration and natural inherent frequency of the entire system can also be obtained,which provides basis for the further improvement of the device and majorization of vibration isolation and vibration damper.
