With the development of power electronic devices,the frequency conversion velocity modulation is developing faster and faster and its performance is also improving. It has overcome many weak points of DC speed control,even can be comparable to DC speed control.After decades of development,vector control technology has been more mature.In this paper,The theory of variable frequency speed regulation system is analysed,and the feasibility of this control theory is proved by simulation using MATLAB and experiments.The main work of this paper:1) The mathematic models of the three-phase motor and the single-phase motor as well as model of the single-phase motor with asymmetric windings were Constructed.The principle of the vector control of the three-phase motor,and the accurate estimation of the time constant of the rotor,and the VVVF control of the single-phase motor were derived and introduced in detail.In particular,the study of the vector control of the single-phase motor is very few both at home and abroad.2) Using MATLAB/SIMULINK establishment the simulation module of vector control of the three-phase\single-phase motor,and the accurate estimation of the time constant of the rotor.The simulation tests were done,and a good simulation results were achieved.3) The hardware circuit was designed based on dsP130F4011,which intergrate a dedicated motor control module - MCPWM module that can make the hardware circuits and the software to generate the PWM wave simpler.The details of the main circuit,power supply circuit,detection circuit,control circuit and other external circuits are introduced,The software contains main programme,subroutine programme and fault interruption programme,and the prcess is divided into modulars to be amended and transplanted easily.Experiment proved that this system can achieve good result.
