Film Capacitors Contained Belt Core - Line Automated Assembly Technology Research

With the rapid development of electronics industry, the use of film capacitor is more extensive, and the market demand of film capacitor is huge.But domestic film capacitor assembly process has a low degree of automation and productivity at present, also the quality of film capacitor can not be made sure, most of the domestic film capacitor markets rely on imports.The foreign film capacitor assembly machine, which has a higher degree of automation, is strictly confidential in technology and very expensive. In order to break the monopoly of the foreign film capacitor assembly machine, it has a real value to research and develop our own automatic film capacitor assembly machine which is efficient and low-cost.The research work in the aspect has been introduced in this paper. In the writing the major technical difficulty and some crucial technology is discussed. The main contents are summaried as follow:(1)The new film capacitor assembly process is introduced for the first time, which is based on belt. And the overall technical program of the film capacitor assembly machine is designed according to the new assembly process, the program has these advantages including the reuse of belt, high location precision of lead wire, simple structure of assembly machine and so on, which can lower machine-cost and processing-cost effectively. (2)The lead wire automatic tape technology has been resolved ,which is the key technology of the new film capacitor assembly process. And the lead wire tape mechanism is designed with the integrated technique of mechanics, electrics and pneumatics.The technical program to realize punching on belt and the lead wire tape in the same work positon has been researched, which can avoide the high location precision demand of fast-moving belt in different work positons effectively.The structure designed is simple and economy. (3)The synchronization technology of lead wire-core subsamples welding and lead wire tape is researched by the analysis of the lead wire welding process, and also the mechanism which can improve the lead wire welding quantity in unit time is designed.(4)The prototype of lead wire tape, using the electro-pneumatic control technique and the valve terminal technology to establish the control system, has been processed The practical operation of the prototype shows that the lead wire tape machine has the features of compact,operating easily, low-cost, higher reliability and so on.The film capacitor assembly process based on belt and the technology of lead wire-core subsamples automatic assembly researched in this paper can be referenced by domestic research on film capacitor assembly machine which is high-speed and high-quality.
