| Presently, in the world most countries' anti-aircraft fire systems have realized the automated ammunition feed, had already solved the problem of automation, and had played the pivotal role in the several high-tech wars in recent years. Studies on the medium caliber anti-aircraft artillery are in favor of increasing the range and striving for more reaction time, simultaneously also increase to the airborne weapons' destroys and annihilates probability; studies on the medium caliber anti-aircraft artillery's automatic ammunition feed problem can raise the air defense's automated level and greatly enhance the anti-air capability. Taking the overall technical research project of some medium caliber anti-aircraft artillery as a background , this paper will launch the analytical study to its automatic ammunition feed plan,and focus on the issue of ammunition feed realizing automation in the feed mechanism, as well as the magazine's automated ammunition feed problem.Using the I-DEAS software, this paper will carry on the automated ammunition feed system's overall model, expound the working principle and work processes of the automated ammunition feed system's mechanism plan, and then choose a very ideal transmission type to the transmission structure. Based on the mechanical systems multi-body dynamics theories, this paper will analyze the automated ammunition feed mechanism and the automated magazine's dynamics characteristic, with the aid in the ADAMS software established the automated ammunition feed system's simulation model and through the dynamics analysis simulation to the automatic ammunition feed system. The analysis to the conclusion may optimize the mechanism design and lay the foundation for the maintenance. |
