The object of this paper is the design of certain Gatling gun, the applicational background is pre-research. In this paper, using complicated cam curve generalized vector differential coefficient function analytic theory, linear & non-linear finite element analysis, dynamic emulate modeling methods, dynamic emulate theory, coupling space theory and muzzle power analytic theory, the cam curve of Gatling gun, thin barrel, the dynamic characteristics of pattern, big modulus gears, experimental suppositional pattern, muzzle brake, distortion & pressurization of cartridge case, new type of anti-impact loading AC servomotor were analyzed, principium pattern was developed. Through a great deal of test, the result is accordant with the academic theory, and so substantiated the correctness of the methods of modeling, analysis, emulation and configuration design.
