| In the major construction project of hydraulic structure, the progress plan and control are very significant. They are not only related to the construction condition, environment, recourses confecting, and technique lever and so on, but also to the quality and expenses of the construction. In addition, since the persistent time of each process of construction is not fixed, it will also affect the progress of construction. The project progress management is based on the project progress target to make up reasonable progress plan, then by supervising the obedience of the plan to take necessary actions to the warping work in order to make sure all the work following the plan, so that it can accomplish the prearranged plan within the time and budget of the construction. The objective of project management is to gain the best project, to finish the project effectively.The construction project of hydraulic structure is actualizing in dynamics, so the control of the process must be a dynamic management. This thesis takes the progress management and control as the research subject, colligates the theories of project management from the shallower to the deeper, mainly researches the methods and theories of supervising period, and applies to the progress control earn value to manage and control of the progress, analyses the process warping reasons during the practical construction and takes measures to correct the warping work ,during the reasonable construction, makes sure the costing and quality have reconcile with the target of construction project management. |
