This thesis takes the progress management and control as the research subject, colligates the theories of project management from the shallower to the deeper, mainly researches the methods and theories of supervising period, and applies to the progress control earn value to manage and control of the progress, analyses the process warping reasons during the practical construction and takes measures to correct the warping work ,during the reasonable construction, makes sure the costing and quality have reconcile with the target of construction project management.
