Research On Durability Of Lining Concrete Of Qingdao Jiaozhou Bay Submarine Tunnel

The Qingdao jiaozhou bay submarine tunnel is under construction. It is the second submarine tunnel in our country. The problem of durability on secondary lining concrete is very important and urgence. It aims to settle the problem of durability desigen,durability construct,durability check and durability forecast. This study responds parts of the job of "Material and Structure Durability Desigen of Qingdao Jiaozhou Bay Tunnel" which belongs to the project of ministry of construction. The study on subject has important economic benefit and social benefit, and it not only has important meaning to improve the design and project construction of our country's tunnel, but also has significant academic benefit.The study begin with the geographic position,weather condition and structure placement, according to the failure mechanism of secondary lining concrete, the environment effect on the lining concrete of land zone and sea zone is determined, and the environment zoning and environment action grade is analysed.Durability desigen on lining concrete of jiaozhou bay submarine tunnel is introduced. Refering the related documentation, the basic durability paramenters, such as the strength of concret,the permeability coefficient of anti-chloride are studied and given. According the methods of reinforced concrete deterioration, the thickness of protective layer is introduced, and multiple methods of durability protective are given.At last, the durability protective methods are given, such as the primary material of secondary lining concrete and mating ratio of secondary lining concrete, the construct of waterproof and bailing, the damp maintenance quality, the construct quality of joint and the force of removal of mould, the monition and detection of construct quality. The protective methods of service life and life cycly cost analysis (LCCA) on submarine tunnel are introduced.
