Study On The Control Technology Of Reinforced Protective Layer Of Concrete Structure

Reinforced protective layer as a special part in the concrete structure, especially forcoastal and offshore areas of concrete structures, it has great significance to ensure thesafety, serviceability and durability of the structure. It can effectively delay the chlorideand other harmful substances in the invasion, and prevent corrosion of steel premature,thereby prolonging the service life of structure. However, from the present constructionsituation, there widely existed quality problems of layer protecting. Thus we shouldfundamentally solve the control problem of the protective layer, and ensure the safety ofbuildings and service lifetime, has become the urgent need to address the problem ofEngineering construction. It has become an urgent need to find a fundamental solutionto solve the problem of the protective layer to ensure the safety and service life ofbuildings.In this paper, on the basis of relevant specification standard, it analyzed the controlmethods of reinforced protective layer, through a combination of methods includetheoretical analysis, engineering research and experimental study. Firstly, combinedwith the statistical results, it analyzed the control status and common parts and mainform of reinforced protective layer of Qingdao city. Secondly, it elaborated the influenceof protect layer from the bearing capacity and durability and applied the standarddiffusion model of chloride to the prediction of structural life. Then it established therelationship between protective layer and life of structure. Finally, it gave some mesuresand suggestion in the aspect of design, construction, management. We achieved desiredresults by applied the research results to engineering practice in the last.Through this topic research, we had formed a set of effective control measures forthe construction of protective layer, and it has good technical and economic effect andapplication prospect which is of great significance for engineering construction.Therefore, the research has certain theoretical and practical significance.
