As the economy rapid development, cross-sea bridge, urban viaduct and overpass also massively construct, scaffold is the platform of guaranting the safety of bridge construction operations and the smooth progress . As temporary facilities in bridge building do not receive enough attention, but recently the accidents due to it happen occasionally,resulting in serious economic loss and bad social consequence.It is important to design scaffold structure in a standardized and correct way and it is meaningful to develop a construction software for construction enterprises.From the state and appearance of the accidents,this article enumerated some collapse accidents in bridge construction scaffold which caused wound-and-death accidents.Through synthetical clsssification and analysis on these collapse accidents,arrived at some main reasons which cause the accidents to accur ,namely unreasonable stress of structure, nonstandard construction,lack of safe consciousness and flaw material. Many documents are looked up about scaffold bracing models in the dissertation, knowing about domestic and overseas achievements and comparing models for all kinds of achievement, carrying on the analysis to the scaffold structural characteristics, researching to the computation theory; Building mechanical model of bridge construction scaffold for optimization design and safety assessment, using FORTRAN to develop a structure calculation program and verified by SAP2000, The results show that a very small difference between the calculation results; there are serious flaws in the scaffold structure of the load transmission system through mechanical analysis, then proposed that to establish the short strut in the scaffold crown and the base, constituting the stable scaffold space proliferation power transmission structure system, calculated and analysed by programe,the results Indicated that it was more reasonable than now use and avoided the stress too centralized phenomenon; This paper has carried on the optimization design with the program according to the new structure system to the scaffold combined QingDaoBay Bridge Project;Then carried on the security evaluation analysis on project accidents of TongSan and WeiWu Highway.This article research results have very important use value in guaranting the safety of project construction, reducing and avoiding the scaffold collapse accident.
