With the development of power electronics technology and control technology, the permanent magnetic brushless DC motor (BLDCM) has been widely used in various areas of the national economy due to its excellent performance. However, compared to other motors, its unique nature of torque ripple has constrained its applications in the high-performance occasions which need the motor's accurate positioning. Therefor, The BLDCM will be further promoted from its control methods, because it has relatively simple control structure. Based on this, the control strategy of BLDCM control system, PWM modulation technology and BLDCM applications in high-speed industrial sewing machine for precise positioning are respectively studied.First of all, based on the basic structure and working principle of BLDCM, the overall control scheme of the current peed double closed-loop control system is established. Aimed at non-linear and lag of the motor control system, adopts fuzzy-PID hybrid regulator in the speed loop. Sequentially, proposes H_PWM_L_ON intermodulation method in order to find a modulation strategy, which could be better cope with the distribution of electricity to meet the electrical needs of different stages. The theoretical analysis and simulation shows that the proposed intermodulation method can better improve the motor's speed performance and reduce torque ripple a certain extent. Finally, the BLDCM Control Strategy used in industrial sewing machine is studied which forcuses on the positioning system Braking process .However, it is difficult to determine the size of the braking torque. So presented the hybrid of Bang Bang control and Fuzzy-PID control strategy in the motor braking phase, moreover the experimental results prove that the taken control strategy can be very good to meet the requirements of needle stopping precision.The validities of the proposed methods are strongly supported by the strict theoretical analysis and detailed simulation and experimental results.
