Hydraulic system is the core of the hydraulic excavator, as an important power component of hydraulic excavator, the hydraulic pump provides the necessary pressure and flow under the different system operating conditions, then control the working speed and efficiency of the implementation components,which has a direct affect on action coordination of the various excavators and working stability of the different work conditions.this paper gives a careful research on the effiency and full power control of the axial piston pump based on the swe15,the main work concludes as follows:Summaring of the research status and development trend of the mini excavator and axial piston pump,introducing the main method of the pump control and effiency of the axial piston pump at present,analysing the main factror that affects the axial piston pump,elaborating the main working conditon and features,deriving the best rotary speed Formula of the fixed displacement pump.the main working principle of the axial piston pump is analyzed carefully,the movement relationship between the swash plate cylinder and piston is derived, by making use of the system modeling software amesim,simulation model of the axial piston pump and full power control of the mini excavator swe15 are established. The effect of the main parameters of the axial piston hydraulic pump to dynamic Characteristics is analyzed.combination with the actual working condition,the Volumetric efficiency of the different working condition is derived,which provides a useful reference to the efficency and dynamic performance. Experiments prove that the full power control model of the excavator is correct,finally , for the rotary table and the process of boom promoting , in the case of the full load, the phenomenon of movement co-ordination, by adding a proportion relief valve in the rotary table quantitative gear pump circuit, a reasonable simulation value of the proportion relief valve is set. in order to meet the working requirements, mini-hydraulic excavators need to adjust rational relief value of the proportion relief valve.In short ,the thesis provides a complete set of theories and methods for the research of the axial piston hydraulic pump and full power control system, and it has has important theoretical and practical engineering application meaning.
