The excavator is one of biggest quantity earth-move machines, its have big market in the construction machine. How to raise its power utilize rate and work efficiency, is the hotspot of study direction. The excavator control technique is apply to control diesel engine and hydraulic system unite control, the it also represent at the validity, reliability of system. This paper combines the present condition of the national excavator, research the power match between the diesel engine and hydraulic system, and research to the control calculate method and system reliability of the control system. The thesis launches from several aspects as follows:1.Bring forward the control project of the hydraulic excavator power match. Base on analyse the power system and hydraulic system of the excavator, thorough study the pump control system of the excavator, Bring forward the control project of the hydraulic excavator power match.2. Study the theory of the control valve and servo structure of the variable pump, Electrical proportional reducing valve and the servo structure is the key part of the power match, this paper give a deep discussion of the variable flow servo structure of the variable flow pump, and analyzed its control characteristic.3.Study the power match control calculate method of the excavator. Through analysis the control object, focus on the object the engine governor regulation control system and electrical control variable flow pump, put forward power match t control calculate method. And analyse the emulational control system under the matlab/simulink.4.Aim at hydraulic excavator total control request, study the control system soft, hardware equipment, and give a deep study on the anti-jamming capacity of electric circuit and whole control system, put forward the way to raising the reliability and anti-jamming capacity.5.Test and analysis. Designed the power match testing scheme; Use tow unit hydraulic excavator which have same power and hydraulic system, One pump is electrical control. The other is non-electrical control. Compare the work situation under the same load, verified the validity of the power match control system.
