Hydraulic excavator is a kind of earth-rock excavation machinery integrating mining,loading,leveling and rescuing.Hydraulic excavator as a large power output engineering machine,its engine and hydraulic pump match state can affect the stability of the device.Aiming at the problem of engine power matching in the construction process of excavator,this paper proposes a scheme to improve the matching state of engine and pump power by optimizing hydraulic excavator pump controller control algorithm.The main research contents are as follows:Firstly,this paper summarizes the development status of power matching energy saving technology and hydraulic simulation technology of hydraulic excavator at home and abroad,studies the operation principle of hydraulic excavator main pump system and main valve system,and analyzes the power loss form of excavator during operation.Secondly,in order to study the operation condition of hydraulic system in excavator construction,the hydraulic model of main pump system and main valve system was built on the AMESim simulation platform.By setting the model parameters,the data changes of the pressure and flow parameters of the hydraulic system under different working conditions and actions are obtained.According to the simulation data,the power variation diagram of the excavator under the corresponding conditions can be analyzed.Meanwhile,the excavator hydraulic data acquisition platform and data test system based on NI Compact DAQ and LabVIEW are built.As a hardware platform,data acquisition platform is mainly used to collect relevant experimental data in excavator test.Data testing system as a software program,used to display the experimental data and establish joint with AMESim simulation,the simulation data and experimental data,verify the authenticity of simulation data and the accuracy of the models.Finally,a single neuron PID control algorithm is proposed to optimize the hydraulic excavator pump controller by simulating and studying the variation of hydraulic system parameters and power changes under different working conditions and actions.At the same time matlab simulation single neuron PID control algorithm.The simulation results show that the self-learning and adaptability of single neuron PID control algorithm have certain practical significance to the optimization of hydraulic excavator pump controller.
