Zhuzhou Lince Group Railway Traction Equipment International Standardization Welding Management System Design

According to existing problems in welding management system, based on ISO9001 management standards, this paper studies and refers technical management standards of ISO3834- Quality requirements for fusion welding of metallic material and DIN6700 series- Welding of railway vehicles and parts. It presents establishment concept and following strategy of appropriate and feasible international standardized welding management system. This paper detailedly designs specific management scheme of welding management system in aspects of organization structure setup, responsibility and obligation, human resource constructing, equipment management, supplier supervision, product measurement and improvement, etc. it also analyzes difficulty of welding management system establishment and implementation courses. It puts forward corresponding countermeasures. The complete project settles human resource construction base of welding professional personnel. This project also perfects various welding processes control and reporting procedure. The scheme complies with requirements of international advanced industry standards. It has eliminated criteria barrier during participation of international cooperation and competition.
