Studying On The Management Plan Of The Nairobi-mombasa Railway Project Of Kenya

In Kenya,as the first project to adopt Chinese standards for construction and operation in Africa,The Nairobi-Mombasa standard Railway has the characteristics of large scale,tight construction period,high standards,many specialties,strict environmental protection and wide relevance.There are many aspects to explore in the implementation process to solve problems and adapt to local management in Kenya.Firstly,by literature review,analysis and logical analysis,this paper combs out the environmental characteristics,organizational characteristics,characteristics of the whole industry chain and process characteristics of Railway Engineering management,combs the various influencing factors in the management process,and combs the relationship between the influencing factors.It is concluded that organizational and institutional factors are the main factors affecting the management of railway projects in Kenya.Secondly,this paper combines the characteristics of Kenya’s local management environment,organization,whole industry chain and whole process,studies the Chinese technology management model,and constructs Kenya’s management system according to local conditions.Finally,from the perspective of system and organization,throughout the whole life cycle of the project,summarize and form an organizational and institutional framework,studying the whole process,and analyze the effect of the implementation process.
