| Construction organization design is a comprehensive document to instruct technical, economical, and management issues in all activities of the whole construction project. It's the outcome of construction technique combined with construction project management and is also a guarantee of the construction activities running orderly, effectively, and reasonably once the project starts.The research of this dissertation mainly includes: the construction organization design of the project of the southern four lakes to the Dongping Lake of South-to-North Water Transfer Project, this project is the backbone project of South-to-North Water Transfer Project,the geographical and geological conditions along the Project are very complicated, it is important that how to do the construction organization design well and provide the reasonable construction plan. This paper is based on rules and regulations, to confirm the construction organization design of the project by reasonable analysis and argument.The research methods of this dissertation mainly includes: The first is integrating theory with practice, theory can direct design,but design not limited to theory, because no same water project in the world. Different project have different construction condition and project aim,then,we must integrate them with reality, analyse and study actual conditions and solve practical problems; the second is comparative investment analysis,it's the first basis that how to judge the construction plan. Whatever construction plan, the most inexpensive plan is the best one if it content with the aim of the project quality and function.By study of construction organization design of the project of the southern four lakes to the Dongping Lake of South-to-North Water Transfer Project,I think that we can make it a first-rate water project by tight project management and scientific technical support and economical construction plan. The paper fully embodies the importance of construction organization design as an instructive document in hydraulic engineering, provides a most scientific, reasonable, economical technical scheme and a powerful basis for the consequent construction works of the project, and can also be taken as a reference for the design of other hydraulic engineering projects. |
