With rapid development of modernization construction, there are some new structure systems that are some well beneficial result structure in economy.Because of lack of fond in research, these structure systems cannot be well used in fact. In order to solve this problem,now people are adopting the new simulation test to resolve this question. And, 1:1 scale specimen can be employed in simulation test that can avoid appearing the'distortion' in the scale-down test.In simulation test, the same test can be made times and the force situation of every point can be more comprehensively observed and the deformation and stress of models can be more accurately measured.As a new structure system, the short-leg walls system has the characters of both frame-structure and shear-wall structure, but it also has some new characters of its own.So far, most of the studies and experiments of this newly developed structure system are carried out on the whole structure. Few works are conducted on members level. However, there are no complete theories available to guide the design of this type due to the lack of research on it.Therefore,the exigent problems to resolve in the design of it are complete research of the mechanical properties,failure patterns.This paper is based on computer simulation theory and finite element analysis method, using finite element analysis software ANSYS,the load capacity,deformation capacity and ductility of T-shaped short-leg shear wall are tested by push-over simulative. First of all, at the basis of previous studies,choose the favourable concrete strength rank, reinforcement ratio,sectional depth-thickness ratio and reinforcement ratio,the block unit that has eight nodes and 24 degrees of freedom SOLID65 is used in ANSYS to establish the finite element analysis model of T-shaped short-leg shear wall, and steel bar smears the concrete.Then, changing the influential factor of ratio of axial compressive force,the pseudo-static test is carried on the T-shaped short-leg shear wall.And, though grouping comparison method the paper analyzes the influence to the cracking load capacity,ulitimate load capacity ,deformation capacity and ductility,as well as have the reasons why it leads to the influence.In order to study the performance of T-shaped short-leg shear wall under seismic waves, pseudo-dynamic test of short-leg shear wall is carried out in earthquake action.The same finite element analysis model is used as the pseudo-static test.By changing influential factors such as strength rank,reinforcement ratio,sectional depth-thickness ratio and reinforcement ratio, T-shaped specimens were respectively divided into four groups to conduct test. Displacement and time curve and ultimate displacement curve is drawn out .And how these factors such as strength rank,reinforcement ratio,sectional depth-thickness ratio and reinforcement ratio affect the seismic performance of short-leg shear wall is known by analysis of the result.In the end , through the pseudo-static test and the pseudo-static test, some suggestions are prensented for the design of short-leg shear wall structure by the the analysis of experimental data.
