With advances in weapons and their control technology, GJ standards gradually drop behind, it requires in-depth study to explore new theories and data processing methods to more adapt to the needs of system performance. The dissertation is pilot study of "The application of error correlation theory in error processing of weapons fire control system."An important task of the dissertation is to process error data of self-propelled anti-aircraft artillery shooting moving targets. Fist, based on the anti-aircraft artillery basic theories, the paper summarizes the model of anti-aircraft artillery firing error sources, and discusses the necessity of studying the correlation of error by analyzing the consistency of random process, then designs a procedure which can find gross data out from a range of shooting data and improves the shortages of such designs. The main research of the paper is: It makes polynomial as regress function and approximates the not smooth random process error by least squares to replace the traditional method; To the existing and measurement error sequence as the starting point, it tests the extent consistent with the normal distribution of error, discusses the actual system's random vibration characteristics , all the random error's self-correlation and mutual-correlation, calculates all error's self-correlation function and generates their forming filter, and verifies the time interval of each error crossing its mean generally subordinating to the geometric distribution; and quantitative studies the extent of affecting each other between position, high-low and rock angle, roll angle, direct angle by mutual-correlation. Solution of these problems will increase a correlation specification for the weapon systems error's specification of design, testing, certification.
