In this paper, take the Jinan Yellow River bridge on Qingdao-Yinchuan highway as the research object, the key techniques for large span single pylon cable-stayed bridge with steel box girder has been system introduced systematically.Reviewed the general construction of large span single pylon cable-stayed bridge with steel box girder, described the general construction method of cable-stayed bridge. Jinan Yellow River Bridge was designed as a single pylon cable-stayed bridge. In the construction it related to the main tower and the main beam construction techniques, steel anchor box positioning technology, as well as the installation of the hanging cable-based technology etc.Firstly, gave a brief introduction for the Construction of pylon tower's closure and the anchorage technology of the steel anchorage box on the tower: the bridge used the climbing form construction; the article described the construction technology of the closure which was the difficult re-construction section. Adopted a combination anchorage structure with steel boxes and concrete tower wall in anchorage zone of the pylon anchor, described the technology thoroughly of the anchorage style installed in the tower location.Secondly, push technology of steel box was explanted. In the construction process of the main beam, used hydraulic system spikes block push construction technology which was the self-made innovative equipment, the infrequent method of assembling steel box in river beach, and the multi-point push technology, these were the innovation. The measurement control of the push process of the steel box was made, and the design of steel box girder axis was measured. So as to controlled the horizontal push deviation within 1cm. There had complex structure and multi-seam in the steel box girder that could cause sharp residual stress and welding deformation. For controlling the deformation, steel box used to create the production parts and plate units in factories, assembled splicing plate elements, beam welding, multi-stage pre-assembled consecutive match, lifting welding at the scene, the steel box girder of production quality control.Thirdly, present the installation technology of the stay cables. Including the key technologies of the cables transportation, released, installation, stretching, force monitoring and adjusting, and temporary seismic control etc..Finally, the bridge construction control measures were caught out. Collected data during the construction, and amended to the theoretical value, adjusted and controlled the installation cable force and the elevation of the main girder.The theoretical analysis of the construction process of the bridge applied the Plane truss model, and compared monitoring results after the bridge completed with the theoretical value. Analysis results showed that the measured values were in good agreement with the theoretical value, the course of construction was satisfied and the bridge construction technology had been used reasonably.
