Under the background of building a powerful country in transportation,my country’s highway construction is in a critical period of vigorous development.However,compared with the rapid development of expressway construction,my country’s expressway construction safety management is somewhat lagging behind,and major safety accidents frequently occur.Expressway construction has the characteristics of harsh operating environment,high technical standards,difficult construction,long construction period,and large amount of work.At the same time,the safety of expressway construction is also related to the influence of many human factors,such as the construction unit’s own technical strength and construction.Factors such as experience,project management,etc.The complexity of external conditions and the uncertainty of the internal environment lead to greater safety hazards in the construction of expressways.Therefore,in order to achieve the smooth development of expressway construction by leaps and bounds,it is necessary to ensure the safety of expressway construction,which is a key issue that needs to be solved urgently.This article focuses on the in-depth study of highway construction safety evaluation and safety prevention countermeasures through on-site investigations and related literature.The main research contents are as follows:Combining relevant literature and statistical data,based on safety management theory,research on highway construction safety accidents,paving the way for the identification of construction hazards.After gaining a deep understanding of the connotation,characteristics,classification and grades of highway safety accidents,it is pointed out that the causes of safety accidents mainly exist in the following four aspects: employees,facilities and equipment,operating environment,and organization and management.The existence of hazards is the root cause of safety accidents in highway construction.If you want to control the occurrence of safety accidents at the construction site,it is necessary to identify the hazards of highway construction.Taking Pinglian Expressway as the engineering support,major hazards in the construction process were identified and corresponding countermeasures were proposed.According to the actual construction site,combined with the basic principles of the evaluation index system,a hierarchical structure of the highway safety evaluation index system is constructed.Combining the set pair analysis method and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,a multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method based on the set pair analysis is proposed,and the highway construction safety evaluation model is established.Finally,in view of the current problems in the safety production management of expressway construction,according to the prevention principles and basic principles of safety accidents,the expressway construction is proposed from four aspects(employees,facility and equipment management,operating environment and organization management).Countermeasures to prevent safety accidents. |
