Study Of The Xiangyin City Under The Perspective Of Regional Economic Development Strategy

With the implementation of "Rise of Central China" strategy and the starting of the construction of the two-type Society of Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan Urban Agglomeration, the small cities of Changsha, which is the core of the Changsha- Zhuzhou-Xiangtan Urban Agglomeration, inevitably will be effected and leaded from the enormous changes in the regional environmental .So, How to seize this rare opportunity for the development of effective development strategies to achieve its rise is become active in these cities think about.From the research of developing background, conditions and trends of Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan city, this thesis sees the future of Xiangyin by the regional economic perspective. First of all, combing the theory of the city and regional interaction and regional economics, followed by the analysis of the development of small cities, which is around domestic and international cities, and the sum of its successful experience. Thirdly, it analyzes the conditions for the development of the macro background of the Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan Urban Agglomeration, and with Xiangyin and other three cities such as a comprehensive comparison, and to find the gap between Xiangyin and them. The 3^rd chapter introduces the theory of regional economics, including four parts: theory on collaboration with the regional division of labor, regional and industrial development theory, regional structural optimization theory and the theory of regional economic development model.The 4^th Chapter introduces successful cases inland and abroad, and summaries the successful experience of the development of small cities around the major cities.The 5^th Chapter analyzes the external conditions and internal conditions of urban development of Xiangyin, which includes the status and trends of the Urban Agglomeration, the status of Xiangyin, Xiangyin and other three cities in composite indicator compared, and then draws the conclusion of the SWOT of Xiangyin development.The Chapter 6^th puts forward my views about Xiangyin urban development strategy.
