Study On Transformation Strategy Of Rural Dwelling Residence In Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan Urban Agglomeration

With the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy,urban-rural relations have entered a new stage of integrated development.Suburb integration villages have become the key areas to coordinate the integration of urban and rural development in the current urbanization process,and they are the frontier positions of rural construction.The location advantage of neighboring towns and diverse landscape features make the suburban integrated villages have the natural advantage of becoming the backgarden of the city.However,problems such as population loss,ecological environment degradation,disappearing rural characteristics and lack of industries still need to be solved.At the same time,the change of rural production and life style has produced a contradiction with the single original residential space.To adapt to the future trend of urban-rural integrated development,the upgrading and renovation of rural dwellings has become an inevitable problem in this kind of rural development.This article takes the urban and suburban integrated rural houses of ChangshaZhuzhou-Xiangtan Urban Agglomeration as the research object.On the basis of consulting related literatures,research theories and practical cases of rural residential reconstruction,this paper proposes to analyze and study the residential reconstruction from the perspective of " Sansheng ",and to divide the boundary of " Sansheng Space" at the micro level of rural dwellings.Based on the field investigation and data collection of villagers’ questionnaire survey in Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan Urban Agglomeration,this paper sorts out the development and evolution of local dwellings from the 1960 s to the present,reveals the influencing factors of the evolution of dwellings,and analyzes the necessity of the reconstruction of the suburban integration of rural dwellings in this region.On this basis,it summarizes the characteristics of the current situation of the residential houses,provides a basis for the later transformation strategy,and analyzes the existing problems of the residential production space,living space,and ecological space from the perspective of "Sansheng Space",and proposes combining the local residential conditions and the needs of the villagers’ industries.Principles of residential transformation,and the problem oriented,residential "Sansheng Space " existing problems one by one,put forward reform strategies.Regarding the production space,this paper,based on the domestic excellent practice case research,combined with the field research and villagers’ needs,proposes the strategy of transforming the residential space into production space from the aspects of business format,space,structure,facade,material and interior,etc.In view of living space,this paper puts forward the optimization transformation strategy of facade reconstruction,coping with the spontaneous reconstruction and expansion,optimizing the residential space,and enhancing the villagers’ cultural confidence.Aiming at the ecological space,this paper puts forward the optimal transformation strategies of rural landscape optimization,courtyard space optimization and ecological energy saving of dwellings.In the end,through the design practice of demonstration residential buildings in Qingxi Village,Qingxi Town,Xiangtan City,the strategies in the article are specifically used,the theory and practice are combined,and the design strategies are empirically demonstrated.The author hopes that the study of this paper can provide some reference for the reconstruction of rural dwellings in the suburban integration.
