The switched reluctance motor can improve the performance of the pumping system campared with the general rotation motor, by analysis of the characteristics of the pumping system, and comparing the general rotation motor and switched reluctance motor performance differences.In the paper, on the basis of the resesrch fruits of the load characteristics of pumping unit, According to the functional requirements of pumping units, a switched reluctance drive system is designed. The core controller is Silicon Lab's c8051f120, with signal detection, keyboard, LCD display and a variety of protection. According to the description of the basic principles of Switched Reluctance moter, the voltage PWM control method is choosed. The control strategy of speed-current double loop is put forward. The speed loop is introduced as the out loop to control the speed, in order to decreases the over shoot and regulation time of the system, and eliminate phenomenon of integral saturation, we use integral separation control strategy in the out loop. While the current loop was introduced as the inside loop. Using the PID control strategy as the regulating mode of speed loop, Classic regulating mode was applied to the Current loop, by the integral-saturation to limit the current. And the overall system simulation, analysis the simulation results comparatively. Then the system software and hardware have been designed.Finally, on the basis of double-loop speed control SRD good control performance, the Flow-frequency of stroke Closed loop pumping system are designed. The system control algorithm using fuzzy control, in accordance with a single stroke of the oil flow to adjust pumping unit frequency of stroke to make significant energy savings and mechanical wear decreased. The system combines SRD, pumping unit and control system in one, with high efficiency and energy saving, and extending the service life of the pumping unit.
