Along with the development of electric power system automation, EMS/DMS based on dispatching automation to global automation, integration and development to ensure dispatching control throughout the grid security economic efficient operation.Using the uniform model of power system, the way to achieve unified expression of information sharing, and achieve mutual operation, the different systems, and the resources sharing data exchange to obtain real-time monitoring system of market information, the state security, economic analysis, realize optimized operation and improve application integration enterprise overall efficiency. The international electrotechnical organization established power application system interface standards - series IEC61970 to software "plug and play, and scheduling system integration, including common information model (CIM) and component interface (CIS) two respects content. Its purpose and meaning lies in:(1) Facilitate the EMS system from different manufacturers within each application integration;(2) Facilitate EMS system and other systems of dispatching center of the Internet;(3) For different scheduling centre EMS system model of the exchange between. To realize comprehensive dispatching automation of electric power system laid a foundation。This topic is "Beijing electric power company 1 + 16 big modulus merger" project. This paper, by using engineering commissioning, CIM XML derivation technology to achieve different scheduling system network model of merger, Through SVG formats for graphic exchange, share graphics, IEC104 through real-time data transmission protocols, IEC61970 standards applied to various EMS system. Realizing the grid only need a place for graphics, ensure the timely updating maintenance and accuracy.
