Feasibility Study For Upgrading Project Of Dispatching Automation System Of Dongguan Power Grid

Power grid dispatching automation system as an important support tool ensures the safe and reliable operation of the whole system. Establishment of a suitable scientific, intelligent, practical regional power grid power grid dispatching automation system planning and development will exert positive effects on the power system.Based on the OPEN2000 system of Dong Guan Power Grid, this paper firstly makes an analysis of current situations and existing problems, then focuses on finding features in the professional management.According to the 12th five-year-development-plan, the new power grid of Dong Guan aims to attain to a position of great influence.While drawing on the experience of the host cities, creativity will be emphasized in organization, management and marketing so as to maximize the economic and social benefit. This paper proposes a scheme that is "integration, centralized control, uniform maintenance and management".This paper properly combined application and system management, quantitativly analyzed the power grid dispatching automation system of Dongguan, also the principle and aim raised.By providing construction principles, the dispatching automation system can be consummated.This work will have important reference value to the Southern Power Grid.
