With increasing investment construction,the power grid has been in a state of rapid growth in recent years.Most of the old substation has been automated transformation and the number of new substation is greatly increased.Compared with the traditional remote terminal unit,the amount of these plants information are greatly increas ed.Dispatch centers at all levels need more information in order to grasp the operation of the power grid in time.In this case,a set of applicable local development of power grid dispatching automation system is becoming more and more important.Grid dispatching automation system is to ensure safety,economy,high quality power supply,improve the grid dispatching operation level of the important means.Puning area has 110 kv substation 12,35 kv substation 1.After the transformation of the comprehensive automation in recent years,most of the transformer stations are equipped with pc-based protection systems.And Puning Power Supply Bureau dispatching center original use of automation system due to the limitations of the system design,has been unable to meet the requirements.And the system running time is too long,even affect the power grid dispatching security.To attain human-free monitoring set by Puning power net,some automatic system has to be set up which can monitor the station status reliably and real-timel.According to the requirements,Puning power grid research and construction of the county level dispatching automation system.In this paper,combining with the Puning power grid units and business requirements,clear functions and basic configuration of the system,designed to meet the requirements of the unattended substation power grid dispatching automation system.In the application process,it points out the deficiency of the system,and determines the development trend of the power dispatching automation system in the future.
